Here are the opening dates and links for each service’s ROTC scholarship application for the school year 2026-2027 (for students graduating from high school in 2027). We expect these to be similar for students graduating in 2028 and will update the dates when the official portals confirm them.
The application windows open on:
- Navy ROTC: opens April 1st. Apply at the NROTC portal.
- Air Force ROTC: opens July 1st. Apply at afrotc.com.
- Army ROTC: opens June 14th. Apply at the goarmy.com ROTC portal.
