The read
LTC Kirkland goes through your student’s record the way a board will: GPA and course rigor, fitness scores, athletics, leadership roles, the college list, and the intended path.

Where the file sits today across Army, Navy and Marine Corps, and Air Force ROTC boards. Stated plainly, branch by branch, with the reasoning behind each read.

The order of work
What must improve and in what sequence, weighted by what boards score and by the time remaining before applications open.

A written action plan follows the session. Your family works from a document, not from memory of a phone call.

One fee, one hour, one deliverable. The ROTC Scholarship Blueprint is a working session, not a sales conversation. The reading and the written plan are the product, and they are yours either way.
An ROTC scholarship covers tuition, fees, a monthly stipend, and a book allowance for four years. At many universities, that is worth over $100,000. The Blueprint is how serious families start pursuing one.

The Scholarship Track is the complete application, coached end to end: essays, fitness preparation, school selection, board timing, and the interview. Available as The Scholarship Track (One Program) or The Scholarship Track (All 3 ROTC Programs).

Focused work on the scholarship interview with COL Reynolds so your student can answer any question authentically. Available after the Blueprint.
