In person

An evening with LTC Robert Kirkland on service academy appointments and ROTC scholarships.

Most families learn how these decisions are made after the application is in. These evenings are for you and your student to understand them before that.

The evening

What happens that evening

You will hear two short talks of about 20 minutes each: how service academy appointments are decided, and what ROTC scholarship boards score. Then you have 30 minutes of open questions and time to talk with LTC Kirkland afterward.

Every family attending receives a free copy of a Kirkland-Dach book of their choice. These evenings are for you and your student in 9th, 10th or 11th grade. Parents of seniors are welcome.

Before you book
